When we try to display or change an asset, the system will be generating a message (Message No.AA01) Asset 87654 0 not in company code 1000.
This problem occurs even if you have already created the required account. But in case if you have not created, please create one. In case if you have already created the asset. You may be wondering why why this message is appearing.
Well, the problem is that the asset is not created. if it is created then its not existing anymore. Before you continue just verify in table ANLA if the asset is available.
If you could not find the asset there. It is assumed that the asset was not all created or retired from the list. Its not retired. Because if asset retired then you can see it in ANLA as well as in AS03.
So, the solution is simple, create the asset account and then continue.
